Using the development service
These terms describe the conditions for accessing the current Chronous service. Use it only if you have authority to act for yourself and, where relevant, your organization. If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the service. A separate written agreement may establish additional terms for a particular service.
The operator details and public support contact are still being finalized. These are pre-release terms and will be updated as the service is established.
Accounts and organization authority
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and reviewing the people and integrations they authorize.
You are responsible for activity you authorize, including data submitted through your integrations. Do not share credentials in public reports, example records, or support materials.
Your data
You retain your rights in data you submit. You give the service permission to host, process, transmit, and display that data as needed to provide the features you use, apply permissions, and operate and protect the service.
You must have the necessary rights and lawful authority to submit and process the data. Assess whether the development service is suitable before uploading personal, sensitive, confidential, or regulated information. The privacy policy describes current information handling.
Acceptable use
- Do not access another organization’s data without authorization or bypass authentication, permissions, quotas, or security controls.
- Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, or data you lack authority to process.
- Do not disrupt the service, interfere with other users, or use it to attack other systems.
- Use integrations only with permission from the systems and data owners involved.
Availability and development features
Chronous is under active development. Features, interfaces, storage behavior, and limits may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Agent scenarios on the landing page describe planned capabilities. They are not a promise that those workflows are currently available.
No service-level commitment, guaranteed availability, or guaranteed performance is provided by this page. Keep independent backups and verify results before relying on them for decisions or automated actions. Separate written commitments, if agreed, govern their stated scope.
Fees and third-party services
This page does not create a paid subscription or authorize charges. Any future paid offering must present its price and applicable commercial terms separately before purchase.
Authentication, infrastructure, and integrations depend on third-party services. Your direct use of an external service may be subject to that provider’s terms. You remain responsible for the external accounts and integrations you configure.
Suspension and leaving
Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to address abuse, security risks, unauthorized use, or legal requirements. Notice should be provided where practical and legally permitted; urgent protection may require immediate action.
You can stop using the service and sign out. Coordinate membership changes, copies of data, and removal of organization-controlled records with your organization’s administrator. Deletion may not immediately remove backups or records retained for operational, security, or legal reasons. See Manage privacy & data for available controls.
Legal limits and updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the development service is provided as available without additional warranties. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Revised terms will be published here with an updated date as the service and operator details are finalized. Review the terms that apply when you use a new or changed feature. A dedicated public support contact is not yet available.
